So many people tell me I should do more with my hair instead of wearing it shrunken all the time. And then I blowout my hair and they see the benefits of just leaving your hair alone✌🏾 (minus my scissor happiness)

I know first hand how hard it is sometimes to ask for help when you need it. Sometimes you know what you need to do but you can’t bring yourself to do it or are too scared or nervous to discuss your problems. I know how hard it is sometimes to pick up the phone and call your GP. Sometimes I wish I could just do everything over email when I just don’t want to deal with anyone. I am not a professional but I care and I want to offer a listening ear. Sometimes it’s hard to admit that you’re struggling and seek help.
